Zahra Hassan Doualeh is a student of International Development Studies at McGill University. She is currently working as a Program Officer at the Montreal Institute for Global Security, where she contributes to the Youth Online Hate program, supporting efforts to counter digital harms and promote safer, more inclusive online environments. She also serves as the Quebec Representative on Health Canada’s Youth Leadership Team on Substance Use, where she brings forward youth-informed perspectives to national policy conversations. As a Propel Impact Consulting Fellow, she continues to build expertise in strategic planning, social impact, and non-profit consulting. Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of research, policy, and advocacy, with a particular focus on peacebuilding and conflict resolution across the African continent.
