Anne Delorme Appointed MIGS Senior Fellow
We are pleased to welcome Anne Delorme as Senior Fellow for Humanitarian Affairs.
Anne brings more than 30 years of experience in humanitarian action, peace diplomacy, and international cooperation. Her work has focused on the protection of civilians, civilian harm reduction, disarmament, the gendered impacts of conflict, and strengthening international humanitarian law.
Throughout her distinguished career, Anne has held senior leadership positions with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Canadian organizations, including serving as Executive Director of Humanity & Inclusion Canada. She currently serves as CEO of the Y des femmes de Montréal and is Vice Chair of Community Foundations of Canada, where she contributes to advancing gender equality, social cohesion, and democratic resilience.
As a MIGS Senior Fellow, Anne will contribute her expertise to our research and policy work on international security, conflict prevention, civilian protection, and the evolving challenges facing the rules-based international order.
