Foreign Interference and Russian Hybrid Threats: The View from Poland
The Montreal Institute for Global Security (MIGS), in collaboration with the Max Bell School of Public Policy, is pleased to host the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) for an expert discussion on evolving security dynamics in Europe, with a focus on the Baltic Sea region and contemporary hybrid threats.
This event will highlight PISM’s latest report, (Un)safe Waters: The Baltic Sea Region and the Redefinition of Security in Europe, examining how geopolitical tensions, military developments, and non-conventional threats are reshaping the concept of security in Europe. The discussion will also explore the Polish perspective on countering foreign interference, including Russia’s hybrid activities across the Euro-Atlantic space.
Bringing together leading analysts and policy experts, the event aims to foster informed dialogue on emerging security challenges and strengthen transatlantic understanding of regional risk environments.
The conversation will be conducted under Chatham House Rules, encouraging open and candid exchange among participants.
