Montreal International Security Summit An international conference on Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine was a cataclysmic moment for the world order, with repercussions being felt across the globe. More than one year into the war, Russian troops have violated fundamental norms and commit war crimes, human rights abuses and acts of genocide. MIGS’s International Security Summit 2023 brough together high-level policymakers and experts from North America and Europe for a strategic dialogue in Montreal. The two-day event consisted of panel discussions on critical questions generated by the war in Ukraine.
