Monique Goffinet and D. Matthew Millar Join MIGS’ Advisory Board

We are pleased to welcome Monique Goffinet and D. Matthew Millar as the newest members of the Advisory Board.

Monique Goffinet is Executive Director of the Diefenbunker: Canada’s Cold War Museum and brings extensive leadership experience in national security heritage, public service, and veteran advocacy. Her career spans senior executive roles in the public and non-profit sectors, complemented by longstanding service to Canada’s military and veteran community.

D. Matthew Millar is an international practitioner and executive working at the intersection of geoeconomics, economic security, and strategic competition.  He specialises in operationalising geoeconomics through public–private cooperation, including the design, structuring, and implementation of initiatives spanning defence, strategic infrastructure, trade, finance, and economic security 

Together, Monique and Matt bring exceptional experience and diverse perspectives that will strengthen MIGS’ work on global security, democratic resilience, and public policy.
